Shipping & Processing
How long does it take for my order to be processed?
- Processing can be 2-7 business days.
How long does it take for my item to ship?
- US shipping time can be 3-5 days on average depending on the order's destination.
- International shipping time can take 12-14 days on average depending on the order's destination.
What is the cost of shipping?
- U.S shipping is $6.99 but all orders over $100.00 before tax in the U.S receive free shipping.
- International shipping is $9.99
What countries can't you ship to?
- Unfortunately we cannot ship to Cuba, Iran, Crimea, Syria and North Korea.
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Can I exchange a product for a different size, color, etc?
- Unfortunately we do not do exchanges.
How can I return a item for a refund?
- You must contact info@iyanalesheaillustrations.com in regards to a refund. There is a 14 day grace period for returns upon delivery date.
